Certificate of Inspection Libya​

On May 15, 2015, the Libya of Central Bank of Libya N°96, mandating that all goods imported into Libya must have a ‘Certificate of Inspection’. Consequently, all exporters must obtain an inspection certificate before exporting to Libya, as required by law and in accordance with ‘Letters of Credit’. The Central Bank of Libya has authorized our company, GQS Global Quality and Services, to provide these necessary inspection certificates. Product Scope

All goods imported into Libya must have a Certificate of Inspection issued by a recognized local or international inspection company. These companies must be registered with the Central Bank of Libya to enable the financing of these shipments through a documentary Letter of Credit (L/C) issued by a commercial bank.

Under the Libyan Scheme, products intended for importation must be inspected in the country of export, and a Certificate of Inspection (CoI) must be issued.
